Ragi Noodle Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • Organic Wisdom’s Ragi Noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Cook Ragi noodles by boiling them in 4 cups of water for 10-12 minutes or until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add cooked Ragi Noodles and stir to combine with vegetables.
  6. Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
