Returns & Refund Policy

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the incorrect product, a full refund or replacement will be processed. We require photographs of the wrong product to process a return or refund.

Damaged Shipment: If your order arrives damaged, we require photographs of the damaged product and packaging to process a return or refund.

Lost Shipment: If your shipment is lost during transit, we will issue a refund.

Undeliverable Address: If your delivery address (including alternate addresses) is not serviceable by our shipping partners, a refund will be issued.
3. Not Eligible for Return/Refund: Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

Change of Mind: If you receive the correct product in good condition and decide you no longer want it.

Fraudulent Transactions: Any order made through fraudulent means will not be refunded.

4. How to Request a Return/Refund:

All return and refund requests must be submitted via email to care@theorganicwisdom.com using your registered email ID and including the correct order details. Requests without the necessary information will not be entertained.
