Multigrain Chilla Recipe

If you're looking for a nutritious and enjoyable morning or dinner meal, try this nutritious Organic Wisdom’s Multigrain Chilla Mix. It has goodness of Jowar, chick pea flour & wheat. It comes added with Sesame, Ajwain, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt simplifying your cooking task.

  • Multigrain Chilla Mix
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Oil (or ghee)


  • Step 1: Pour Multigrain Chilla Mix in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, onion & mix well.
  • Step 2: Keep adding water to form a thick batter-like consistency.
  • Step 3: Once the batter is formed, set it aside for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Heat a pan on medium flame, smear 1 tsp. oil and pour 3 tbsp. of the batter. Spread the batter in a circular motion till a thin layer is formed. Cook chilla from both the sides till its crispy.
