INGREDIENTS
- Multigrain Chilla Mix
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Oil (or ghee)
PREPARATION
- Step 1: Pour Multigrain Chilla Mix in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, onion & mix well.
- Step 2: Keep adding water to form a thick batter-like consistency.
- Step 3: Once the batter is formed, set it aside for about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Heat a pan on medium flame, smear 1 tsp. oil and pour 3 tbsp. of the batter. Spread the batter in a circular motion till a thin layer is formed. Cook chilla from both the sides till its crispy.
