Beetroot Ragi and Quinoa Jowar Pasta Recipe

One-Pot Superfood Veggie Pasta

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (180g) Organic Wisdom Pasta (Quinoa or Beetroot)
  • Included Natural Tastemaker
  • 1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and sweet corn)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring 4–5 cups of water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Veggies: In a pan, heat oil or butter. Sauté chopped vegetables on medium heat until crunchy yet cooked.
  3. Mix in Flavor: Lower the heat and stir in the Natural Tastemaker. Add 2 tablespoons of water to create a light sauce.
  4. Toss and Serve: Add the boiled pasta to the pan. Toss well for 1–2 minutes until evenly coated with the spices.

Pro Tip

Since this pasta is rich in Iron and Calcium, add a squeeze of fresh lemon to enhance nutrient absorption.
