INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of Organic Wisdom Beetroot Ragi Pasta
- 1 tsp. oil
- Grated garlic, chillies
- Finely chopped veggies of your choice
- Boiled corn
- Organic Wisdom pasta tastemaker (Comes along with pasta)
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Step 1: Boil enough water in a pan to completely dip the Beetroot Ragi Pasta. Add the pasta and a few drops of oil to prevent sticking. Let it boil until the pasta softens (approx. 5 minutes).
- Step 2: Drain the hot water and rinse the pasta in cold water. Keep it aside.
- Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté grated garlic, chillies, and chopped veggies if using. Add the boiled pasta and the tastemaker. Stir well for about a minute on medium flame.
- Step 4: Serve hot and enjoy this colourful, nutritious, and hearty dish.
- Cooking Tip: Adjust the quantity of tastemaker (masala) to suit your spice preference.
