Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted jowar flour
- 1/4 cup chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chili
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Water to make a thin batter
- Ghee/oil for cooking
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth, pourable batter.
- Heat a pan and lightly grease it with ghee or oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it like a dosa.
- Cook on medium flame until golden brown on one side.
- Flip and cook the other side until crisp and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with chutney or curd.
