Masala Sprouted Jowar Chilla (Savoury Millet Crepes)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chili
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make a thin batter
  • Ghee/oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth, pourable batter.
  2. Heat a pan and lightly grease it with ghee or oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it like a dosa.
  4. Cook on medium flame until golden brown on one side.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until crisp and fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or curd.
