Millet Fire Noodles (Spicy Korean Style)

Organic Wisdom’s Millet Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • Organic Wisdom’s Millet Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang/Chilli sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Cook Millet Noodles in boiling water for 8–10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until golden.
  3. Add gochujang/chilli Sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Mix into a thick sauce.
  4. Add the noodles and toss well until coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve warm and creamy!
