Organic Wisdom’s Millet Noodles
INGREDIENTS
- Organic Wisdom’s Millet Noodles
- 1 tablespoon gochujang/Chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
PREPARATION
- Cook Millet Noodles in boiling water for 8–10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until golden.
- Add gochujang/chilli Sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Mix into a thick sauce.
- Add the noodles and toss well until coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm and creamy!
