Moringa Little millet & Beetroot Ragi Macaroni Pasta Recipe

One-Pot Superfood Veggie Pasta

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (180g) Organic Wisdom Pasta (Moringa or Beetroot)
  • Included Natural Tastemaker
  • 1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and sweet corn)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring 4–5 cups of water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Veggies: In a pan, heat oil or butter. Sauté your chopped vegetables on medium heat until they are crunchy yet cooked.
  3. Mix in Flavor: Lower the heat and stir in the Natural Tastemaker included in the pack. Add 2 tablespoons of water to create a light sauce.
  4. Toss and Serve: Add the boiled pasta to the pan. Toss well for 1–2 minutes until the macaroni is evenly coated with the spices.

Pro Tip

Since this pasta is rich in Iron and Calcium, garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon to help your body absorb the nutrients better!
