1 cup Organic Wisdom Multigrain Daliya

2½ cups water

1 tablespoon ghee or cold-pressed oil

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)

½ cup carrots, diced
-
½ cup green peas
-
½ cup beans, chopped
-
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
-
½ teaspoon cumin powder
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

1 tablespoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
1.Roast the Multigrain Daliya
Dry roast the Organic Wisdom Multigrain Daliya in a pan for 2–3 minutes on low heat until it becomes aromatic. Set aside.
2.Prepare the Tempering
Heat ghee or oil in a pressure cooker or heavy-bottomed pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add chopped onions, ginger, and green chillies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
3.Cook the Vegetables
Add carrots, green peas, and beans. Sauté for 2–3 minutes. Stir in turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt.
4.Cook the Daliya
Add the roasted Multigrain Daliya and mix well with the vegetables. Pour in water and stir thoroughly.

Pressure Cooker: Cook for 3 whistles.

Pan Method: Cover and cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the daliya becomes soft and the water is absorbed.
5.Serve and Enjoy
Fluff gently, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or papad.
