Organic Wisdom’s Millet Noodles
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese / cheese available to you.
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Boil Millet Noodles for 10–12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chilli sauce, mayo, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add the boiled corn, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles and mix in the spicy mayo sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover until it melts
- Serve warm and creamy!
Tips & Variations:
- For extra gooeyness, microwave or bake briefly after adding cheese.
- Use vegan cheese for a plant-based version.
