Spicy Corn Cheese Millet Noodles

Organic Wisdom’s Millet Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese / cheese available to you.
  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Boil Millet Noodles for 10–12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chilli sauce, mayo, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the boiled corn, and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and mix in the spicy mayo sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover until it melts
  6. Serve warm and creamy!

Tips & Variations:

  • For extra gooeyness, microwave or bake briefly after adding cheese.
  • Use vegan cheese for a plant-based version.
