INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Organic Wisdom’s Sprouted Jowar Flour
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 cup jaggery powder or coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional but encouraged)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1/4 cup milk or oat milk or almond milk (adjust as needed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray or use silicone muffin cups.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add jaggery, oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine sprouted jowar flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into muffin molds (fill about 3/4th).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool and enjoy your millet-powered muffins!
Tips & Variations:
- Add chopped walnuts or seeds for crunch.
- Can be stored in the fridge for 3–4 days — great for healthy snacking!
