Masala Sprouted Jowar Chilla (Savoury Millet Crepes)

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sprouted jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric + 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make a thin batter
  • Ghee/oil for cooking

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients into a pourable batter.
  2. Pour a ladleful on a hot pan and spread like dosa.
  3. Cook both sides until golden. Serve with chutney or curd.

Serve hot and enjoy!
