INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sprouted jowar flour
- 1/4 cup chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili
- 1/4 tsp turmeric + 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Water to make a thin batter
- Ghee/oil for cooking
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients into a pourable batter.
- Pour a ladleful on a hot pan and spread like dosa.
- Cook both sides until golden. Serve with chutney or curd.
