Ragi Almond Date Energy Bites (No Bake)

Ready In: 10 minutes (no cooking)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Sprouted Ragi Flour (lightly roasted)
  • 1/4 cup almond powder or chopped almonds
  • 6 dates (soaked and mashed)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or ghee
  • A pinch of cardamom

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Shape into small balls.
  3. Chill for 10 mins and serve.
