INGREDIENTS
- Β½ cup Organic Wisdom Sprouted Ragi Flour
- 2 cups milk or water
- 1β2 tablespoons jaggery powder (adjust to taste)
- Β½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon ghee (optional)
- Chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios for garnish
- Fresh fruits (banana or apple slices) (optional)
PREPARATION
1.Prepare the Ragi Mixture
In a bowl, mix the Sprouted Ragi Flour with Β½ cup water or milk to form a smooth, lump-free paste.
2.Cook the Porridge
Heat the remaining milk or water in a saucepan. Gradually add the ragi mixture while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
3.Sweeten and Flavour
Cook on low to medium heat for 8β10 minutes until the porridge thickens. Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder, stirring until well combined.
4.Finish the Dish
Add a teaspoon of ghee for extra richness, if desired. Mix well.
5.Serve and Enjoy
