INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Sprouted Ragi Flour
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, spinach)
- Spices: cumin, coriander powder, salt
- Ghee or oil for cooking
PREPARATION
- Mix ragi flour with hot water to form a soft dough.
- In another bowl, mix chopped veggies and spices.
- Roll out dough balls, fill with veggie mix, seal and flatten.
- Roast on tawa with ghee till crisp and cooked.
