Stuffed Ragi Vegetable Paratha

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Sprouted Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, spinach)
  • Spices: cumin, coriander powder, salt
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

PREPARATION

  1. Mix ragi flour with hot water to form a soft dough.
  2. In another bowl, mix chopped veggies and spices.
  3. Roll out dough balls, fill with veggie mix, seal and flatten.
  4. Roast on tawa with ghee till crisp and cooked.
